Kevin Montpellier
Kevin founded Montpellier Law in 2021 with the goal of providing business focused legal advice to entrepreneurs, and businesses of all sizes. Kevin regularly assists clients with a number of legal issues including setting up, structuring and/or selling businesses, preparing and reviewing various contracts, estate plans, and more, to ensure that clients are both properly guided through and better protected from an ever-changing legal landscape.
Kevin is a proud father of three children, and when Kevin is not assisting clients, he is spending his free time with his family or working on a passion project in the field of video games.
Jessica Montpellier
Jessica is a detail-minded and well-organized individual. Her passion and strength are to analyze complex situations in order to develop and implement plans of action.
She enjoys working with a wide range of businesses whether they operate in trades, health care, sales, technology as well as with aspiring entrepreneurs. She believes in working alongside her clients to better understand their businesses and to anticipate their needs.
Her career path is a little different from most business lawyers. She started off in family law where she spent her days in negotiations or at court. She has since put those skills to practice helping business owners.
